  • 3 to 4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 to cups)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 to cups all-purpose flour (or whole wheat/gluten-free)
  • ¼ to ½ cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Step 2: Make the Batter

  1. Whisk in the eggs until well combined.
  2. Add the sweetener and mix.
  3. Gradually fold in the flour, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing!

Step 3: Bake the Banana Bread

  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
